However, if it involves anything strenuous, don’t impulsively jump back in and expect to be able to immediately do what you did in the past. It’s admirable that you’re opting to level up your game, but don’t rush it, or you might get discouraged and quit prematurely. Start slow and increase your momentum gradually.
